The second issue of the influential journal. "Heresies" was a feminist periodical published in 27 issues between 1977-1992 by the Heresies Collective of New York. Compiled and edited by volunteers, each issue centered on a particular theme relevant to feminist theory, lesbian arts and artists, women's arts and crafts, violence against women, etc.
