Three maps of the historical preservation district show sites of rehabilitation, rehabilitation/replacement, and land use. The addenda are memoranda of review and approval from various government bodies. Page 1 of the typewritten text includes "The action proposed here is amendment of the 1969 plan for the project area to comply with the intent and requirements of the Historical District Ordinance adopted in November, 1971 by Initiative measure."

Now preserved in a clear archival sleeve with acid free backing.
