Binding cracked at title page; old tape repairs to head and tail of spine. Laid in is a TLS dated April 16, 1962 from a John Roebling's Sons Advertising Manager to A. C. Statter, concerning this volume. Name and monogram of Arthur C. Statter stamped on half-title.
