Former owner Dora Isella Russell fountain pen signature on title page dated 5/XII/1944. Photo opposite p. 222 inscribed to Russell by Alfredo L. Palacios, dated Dec 1944 in Montevideo. Colored pencil underlined mentions of Palacios and several Uruguayans. Withal, a well-preserved copy. Good+ / Good. Item #6929 Russell (1925-1990) was an Uruguayan poet, disciple of and secretary to Juana de Ibarbourou, and journalist at El Día of Montevideo.
