Vol. 1 first printing with p. 88 line 3 dictatorial 'd' directly under line 2 rather terminal 'r'. Vol. 2 first printing with "the Dicksons are fewer, and have" in ninth from last line on p. 370. Spine ends chipped, corners bumped and rubbed through, hinges parting, moderate foxing, edges age toned.
