Contains the National Platform for 1892 followed by biographies, portraits and statements from candidates on the National and State ticket: John Bidwell for President, James B. Cranfill for Vice President, Roger R. Greene for Governor. Plus the Pierce County slate including for Senators John V. Meeker, Arnold S. Allen, Arthur J. Burroughs, and T. A. Shorthill. John Bidwell was the California pioneer (Echoes of the Past, 1890) whose Victorian mansion still stands in Chico. With a section of advertising including "Taliquista Cordial" from W. P. Bonney in Tacoma.
