Laden with good photos capturing the essence of Washington State in 1915. Several photographs credited to Asahel Curtis, Curtis and Miller, C. H. Ziddell, Webster and Stevens and Kiser Photo Co. Includes photos of Native Americans, one of whom (the "Burden Bearer") looks a lot like Chief Seattle's daughter, Princess Angeline. The author was Deputy Commissioner of the State Bureau of Statistics and Immigration.
