A charming memento from the Lewis and Clark Centennial and American Pacific Exposition and Oriental Fair, as it was known in full. Albeit not classified as a "world's fair," it is often referred to as such. The prodigious use and display of old-growth timber was certainly world-class. Our favorite display was the Prune Bear, an oversized bear standing on hind legs made entirely of prunes. Preserved in a clear archival sleeve with acid-free backing.
