A classic guide, first published in 1816. The handsome, restrained binding by London bookbinder M. Marshall, often referred to as "Miss M. Marshall," was executed after the dissolution of her partnership with Edith Gedye; thus, likely 1910s. A bright copy with charming shelf appeal.
