Preface: "The revised edition contains the amendments to the City Charter adopted March 5, 1912, together with a new index to the charter as amended. Seattle, May 1, 1912." 1913 amendments are tipped in at the final leaf. Black calf backed in green linen over flexible boards, titles and owner name H. M. Findley stamped in gilt on the cover, blind stamped borders front and back. Spine ends chipped, calf splits at the front hinge, edges rubbed. Good+. Item #6338
