Cover edges rubbed, spine head chipped, stain to back upper corner, top edge soiled, endpaper offsetting from board adhesives, Oakland Masonic Cathedral bookplate and owner monogram ink stamp on front endpapers, pp. 1-2 cut out (Members and Standing Committees); the cut penetrates but does not detach the previous two leaves (Contents of Report).
