Early reprint published the same year as the first edition. In the striking, and scarce, dust jacket illustrated with a skeleton-as-puppet-master, controlling three trudging men. Design is credited to "RR," with one "R" backwards as if a cattle brand. Dust jacket is now protected in a removable, clear archival sleeve.
