Limitation statement indicates the first of 50 special copies was presented to His Majesty Carl XVI Gustaf, King of Sweden. Indeed, King Carl XVI appears in many photos in the 16pp. supplement (text in English and Swedish) documenting the centennial celebration (along with photos of of the Queen of Sweden), which was filled with tours and elaborate dinners. Of those meals, two menus are laid-in. In addition, two invitations to the celebration are tipped in to the front free endpaper of the book, along with a typed letter signed in which the Weyerhaeuser executive's wife thanks Patric Fredell and his wife for their hospitality.
