Ashes: Tall, narrow 8vo. Pp. 66. Half-binding of tan buckram over khaki linen, handbound by Marsha Hollingsworth. Of 220 numbered copies this is copy hand-numbered 141. Signed by Levine at the colophon. This collection won both the American Book Award and the National Book Critics Circle Award.
Requiem: 12mo. Unpaginated. With a tipped-in frontis. by Phyllis Hopeck printed on Kitakata. One of 250 copies. Signed by Hamill at the colophon.
Purely Visible: 16mo. Pp. 10. With a tipped-in frontis. by Phyllis Hopeck printed on Kitakata. Of an edition limited to 100 numbered copies, this is copy 29. Signed by Bentley following page 10.
. Fine / Folding Case, Fine. Item #5444The Levine and Hamill volumes are dated 1983; the Bentley, 1980. (That colophon references that title being bound while Mt. St. Helens was erupting.) All three are accommodated in an oatmeal-colored cloth folding case with a mounted award label printed by Scott Freutel at the Spring Valley Press. All three volumes with case are Scarce, if not Rare.
