Fowler created the works in her pursuit of an MFA at Willamette University. Very much a Frank McCaffrey production. McCaffrey's book design is usually marked by either a lingering, perhaps outdated, element of Victoriana, using colored paper and floral effect to a nostalgic fault, or an enthusiastic, and often accomplished, embrace of streamline sans-serif design. This volume is a combination of both. A superb copy with no detracting qualities whatsoever to either book or dust jacket. Dust jacket is now housed in a removable, clear archival sleeve.
