A promotional brochure for the East Waterway Dock & Warehouse Company under the management of C. Rogers Brown (president) and George B. Green (general manager). Filled with really good maritime photos. Harbor Island, at the mouth of the Duwamish River as it enters Seattle's Elliott Bay, is an artificial island created by earth removed from the Jackson and Dearborn Street regrades, and soil dredged from the bed of the Duwamish River.
