Although we dated the plan book 1930, the clothing in photos, and other factors, suggest 1920s. A stunning variety of cottages that could be built by ordering architectural plans, and then having the kit of building supplies delivered by Valley Lumber Yards LTD. They boasted being the biggest retail lumber dealers in British Columbia, with nine locations. We locate no copies of this catalog, in any series, in OCLC. Rare.
