A tourist brochure lauding the comfort and conveniences of the grande dame of Seattle's hotels. Includes photos of the Olympic Bowl, "the favorite dine and dance rendezvous of all smart sophisticates," and the Georgian Room. Based on the photo of Seattle's skyline, and with Frank W. Hull listed as the general manager, the brochure likely dates from early-to-mid-1930s. Fourth Avenue is labeled "Pacific Highway." Scarce.
