Aftermath

London: The Hogarth Press, 1941. First Edition. Hardcover. Tall 8vo. Pp. 92. Bound in heavy green paper, fore-edge yapped, with dark green lettering on spine. Dust jacket with wear, chips and slight loss along spine (see photo). Last two leaves with a marginal hole punch not affecting text. Very Good- / Good. Item #1552

Peripherally connected to the Bloomsbury group, "the Dodo," as he was known while at Harrow, was an eccentric whose freethinking informed his rich poetry. As with several Bloomsbury luminaries, Trevelyan was a Cambridge Apostle. While a bit worn, this copy is eminently presentable and remains well bound. Dust jacket is now protected in a clear, removable, archival sleeve.

Price: $60.00
