The first printing of this handsome edition of Friedrich's monumental agitprop. Friedrich's threat to the rising National Socialists was so significant that the Nazi Party commandeered his anti-war museum. With perverse irony, the museum transitioned to a tavern for the SS. Dust jacket is now protected in a clear, archival (and removable) sleeve.
