Inscription reads: "To Mr. + Mrs. Sachs of the Fabulous Villa Mizner / [signed] Andy Warhol / Palm Beach 1975". Within the inscription, and over the printed title, Warhol has drawn a soup can, labeled it "Campbell's" and ""Rose - Mortimer Soup" in reference to Rose and Mortimer Sachs.
