Includes preface from publisher explaining the book and "A Word from the Publisher to the Purchaser" talking about the benefits of supporting the book and that the blank oval on the front will be filled with a printed ad from the purchaser. Bound in at rear are four examples on varied colored paper presenting the prospective look of those ads. Scarce.
