Interview, founded in late 1969 by Andy Warhol and John Wilcock, initially launched as a monthly film journal. Over the course of five decades it transformed into the cultural icon known as “The Crystal Ball of Pop.” Agnes Varda graced the magazine’s first cover during its early years, and Warhol remained at the helm until his passing in 1987, ensuring the magazine’s continued publication.
