Pancho's was long a downtown Seattle fixture located at Fourth and Stewart. One amusing aspect of Pancho's mostly-American fare offerings is Pancho's Low Calorie Lunch offering a choice of Broiled Ground Sirloin Patty, Thin Slices of Rare Beef or Tender Premium Ham aolong with half-peach stuffed with cottage cheese, marinated asparagus spears and rye wafers, offered at $1.65.
