This set formerly owned by US Congressman Thomas Minor Pelly (1902-1973), son of Bernard Pelly, the first British Consul in Seattle, and Elizabeth Minor Pelly daughter of Seattle mayor Dr. Thomas Minor, who represented King and Kitsap County from 1953 - 1973.
